We looked at 'Hollywood robots', including R2D2 and CP30, Rosie, the robots from Mystery Science Theater, Bender, Marvin, the robot movie, and Transformers! The children loved them, especially the ones from Star Wars!
Students were encouraged to use only line drawings, and to be creative about filling in space without coloring.
